Urban design guidelines, massing studies and architectural design concepts for a mixed use neighborhood including 1200 residential units. The work also included preparing housing studies for the redevelopment of a distressed property owned by the local Housing Authority.

The program is based upon the neighborhood assessment and the goal of revitalizing Northwest One as a vibrant, mixed-income, mixed-use community.
