Master Planning and Architectural Schematic Design for 200 new units of mixed income housing. Drawings and community meeting materials were made available both in English and Spanish. The project contains a mixture of townhouse style units, duplexes and flats.

The building design drew from the architecturally-rich traditional homes found on the Sheldon/Charter Oak neighborhood. The Master Plan integrates Dutch Point with the Colt Park and Historic Church of the Good Shepherd.
