LAA provided design services for building an
addition over the owner-occupied
unit of this 2-family single story ranch.
The new addition contains two
bedrooms, one family room and one
bathroom under two distinct roof
forms.
The design is compact and
efficient, so construction costs were
used effectively. The project was an
opportunity to upgrade and replace
the siding and some of the windows
and doors. A new and prominent front
entrance was created for the
renovated unit.
